За счет чипсета Intel B660 обеспечивается совместимость с процессорами Intel Core 12, 13 и 14 поколений. Усиленная подсистема питания с конфигурацией 10+1 фаз рассчитана на стабильную работу процессора под длительной нагрузкой.
Материнская плата ASUS TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS WIFI поддерживает оперативную память DDR5 объемом до 192 ГБ, плашки которой можно установить в 4 слота DIMM. Двухканальный режим работы памяти повышает пропускную способность по сравнению с одноканальным режимом, а поддержка профилей Intel XMP позволяет использовать модули на частотах выше стандартных значений. Основной слот для видеокарты выполнен по стандарту PCI Express 5.0, что обеспечивает высокий запас пропускной способности для производительных графических адаптеров. Для установки накопителей предусмотрено 2 разъема M.2 с интерфейсом PCI Express 4.0 x4 и 4 порта SATA.
