Sales rules

  1. General provisions

    1. These Rules for the sale of goods in the Online store www.dns-shop.uz, owned by FE LLC DNS GLOBAL (TIN 312372987) (hereinafter — the "Rules"), define the procedure for the retail purchase and sale of Goods and Services through the Online store in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", as well as other regulations governing distance selling.
    2. The User confirms that they have legal capacity and have reached the age required under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to enter into the transactions provided for by these Rules.
    3. When placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they purchase the Goods exclusively for personal, family, household and other domestic needs not related to business activities.
    4. The provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
    5. Before placing an Order on www.dns-shop.uz, the Buyer undertakes to read these Rules, as well as other terms specified on the Online store's Site, including prices for the Goods, delivery and return terms.
    6. By placing an Order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules, warrants that all terms of these Rules are clear to them, and expresses full and unconditional agreement with these Rules.
  2. Placing an order by the buyer

    1. The Buyer's Order can be placed via the Internet only on the Site www.dns-shop.uz (hereinafter — the "Site").
    2. An Order can be placed for the Goods or Services listed in the Seller's catalog on the Site.
    3. The Order is placed by the Buyer filling in the electronic Order form on the Seller's Site.
    4. When placing an Order, the Buyer specifies:
      1. a contact phone number (required);
      2. an e-mail address (if available).
    5. The Buyer has the right to choose the method of receiving the Order from those offered by the Seller.
    6. If the "Pickup" method of receiving the Order is chosen, the Buyer may select a store/pickup point from those offered by the Seller.
    7. To order the Delivery service, the Buyer undertakes to provide the necessary data:
      1. the delivery address (city, street, house number, etc.) — the possibility of delivery is determined when placing the Order;
      2. the floor;
      3. availability of an elevator;
      4. the preferred delivery date and time — the Buyer may choose one of the offered time slots.
    8. If the Buyer purchases other services, the Seller has the right to request additional information from the Buyer necessary to provide the services.
    9. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the correctness and accuracy of the specified data and warrants that by providing such information they do not violate the rights of third parties.
    10. If the Buyer purchases goods under a promotion, the terms of the promotion are essential terms of the purchase and sale contract for the parties.
  3. Order confirmation by the seller

    1. After the Order is placed on the Site, the Seller processes the Order submitted by the Buyer within up to 3 (three) business days.
    2. The Seller notifies the Buyer of the confirmation of the Order, specifying the Order number, as well as the readiness date and the storage period of the Order.
    3. The Order is considered confirmed after the Buyer receives a notification with the Order number. Until the Order confirmation is received, the distance purchase and sale contract is considered not concluded.
    4. If it is impossible to confirm the Order, the Seller has the right to cancel it within 3 (three) business days from the date of its placement and notify the Buyer thereof.
    5. If it is impossible to confirm part of the Order, the Seller has the right to notify the Buyer thereof and confirm the Order partially.
    6. The Seller has the right to unilaterally limit the number of items in one order, the amount of one order, as well as the number of orders sent to one address to one Buyer.
    7. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's unpaid Order without explanation.
  4. Order payment

    1. The price of the Goods/Service is indicated next to the corresponding name of the Goods/Service in the Online store.
    2. The price of the Goods/Services is indicated in Uzbek soums (UZS) and includes the taxes provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    3. The price of the Goods/Service in the Online store may be changed by the Seller unilaterally before the Order is confirmed. After confirmation, the price is not subject to change.
    4. The Order may be paid either when placing the Order or after its confirmation.
    5. The Buyer pays for the Order in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan — UZS.
    6. The possible form of payment for the Order is determined by agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and must not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    7. The Order may be paid in one of the following ways at the Buyer's choice:
      1. If the "Pickup" method of receiving the Order is chosen, payment is possible:
        1. upon receipt — in cash, by bank card, or by gift card (if available at the pickup point).
    8. The Seller has the right to offer the Buyer other payment methods that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  5. Receiving the order

    1. The Order readiness date is determined by the Seller when the Order is placed.
    2. The Seller undertakes to store the Buyer's Order during the storage period specified when placing the Order. Failure to receive the Order within the specified period is considered the Buyer's withdrawal from the purchase and sale contract and is grounds for cancelling the Order. If the unclaimed Order was prepaid, the funds are returned to the Buyer in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    3. When placing an Order, the Buyer has the right to choose any of the available methods of receiving the Order: pickup or delivery.
    4. Pickup
    5. The Order is handed out via pickup at any of the stores/pickup points offered when placing the Order.
    6. The Seller undertakes to send the Buyer a notification that the Order is ready for pickup.
    7. The Seller has the right to identify the Buyer by a unique code sent to the Buyer's phone.
    8. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the code safe and may not share it with third parties.
    9. If the code is lost, the Seller may re-send a new code to the Buyer's phone number. The most recent code is the valid one.
    10. The code may be used only once.
    11. The Seller has the right to refuse to hand out the Order if the code is not provided or is provided incorrectly.
    12. Delivery
    13. Delivery is carried out within the time slot chosen by the Buyer.
    14. The Seller notifies the Buyer of the courier's arrival at least one hour before arrival.
    15. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer.
    16. Delivery is possible if there are access roads suitable for transport.
    17. The Buyer undertakes to provide conditions for carrying the goods up (an elevator or permission for manual carrying).
    18. The Order is carried to the threshold of the entrance door. If the dimensions do not allow bringing the Goods inside, they are handed over at the entrance.
    19. The Buyer must check the appearance, packaging, quantity and completeness of the Goods.
    20. Upon receiving the Order, the Buyer signs the accompanying documents:
      1. the sales receipt;
      2. the waybill or handover order (one copy remains with the Buyer, one — with the Seller).
    21. If there are claims, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Order.
    22. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer or if the Buyer evades receiving the Goods, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.
    23. Delivery may be carried out by the Seller or by an engaged delivery service.
    24. When placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that the Seller has the right to transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties involved in the delivery, on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
    25. The Seller has the right to send the Buyer notifications about the delivery progress.
  6. Warranty obligations and liability of the parties

    1. The warranty service procedure for the purchased Goods is specified on the Seller's Site.
    2. The procedure for exchanging and returning the Goods is determined by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Rights Protection" and is specified on the Site.
    3. If a warranty service request is made without providing order details, the Seller has the right to restore such details via a verification code.
    4. Claims related to the purchase and sale contract are sent in writing to the Seller's address.
    5. The parties are released from liability for the performance of obligations upon the occurrence of force majeure circumstances.
    6. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Goods.
    7. The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's losses arising from the Buyer's mistakes or the actions of third parties.
  7. Notifications

    Unless otherwise provided by these Rules, notifications may be sent to the Buyer by any means of communication, including SMS and e-mail.

  8. Other terms

    1. In the relations between the parties, the use of electronic documents signed with a simple electronic signature (SES) is allowed, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Digital Signature" and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Document Flow".
    2. The Seller has the right to amend these Rules unilaterally.
    3. The current version of the Rules is published on the Site www.dns-shop.uz.
    4. The invalidity of any provision does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
