Privacy policy

1. Definitions and terms

   • Site — the websites of the Company FE LLC DNS GLOBAL (TIN 312372987) that contain information about products, services, promotions and other information.
   • Client — an individual using the Company's Site.
   • Personal data — any information about an individual that allows identifying them directly or indirectly, as defined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data Protection".
   • Personal data processing — any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transfer, distribution, blocking, deletion, destruction.
   • Cookies — files automatically saved by the browser on the Client's device when using the Site.

2. Purposes and principles of personal data processing

   Personal data is processed by the Company exclusively for the purposes provided for by the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the basis of the Client's consent or other legal grounds.

   Purposes of data processing:

   • - creating the Client's account;
   • - providing technical support;
   • - participation in promotions and surveys;
   • - placing and fulfilling orders;
   • - notifications about order status;
   • - payment processing;
   • - sending news, offers and marketing information;
   • - using the Site's functionality (forum, comments, etc.).

   Processing principles:

   • - processing only the necessary amount of data (minimization);
   • - transparency and lawfulness;
   • - protection of data from unauthorized access;
   • - storage no longer than objectively necessary.

3. Information subject to processing

   Personal data provided by the Client voluntarily:

   • - full name;
   • - phone number;
   • - e-mail;
   • - delivery address;
   • - order history.

   Data received automatically:

   • - IP address;
   • - cookie files;
   • - browser information;
   • - technical data on the time of visit.

4. Legal grounds for processing

   The Company processes personal data on the following grounds:

   • - the Client's consent;
   • - the need for processing to perform the contract (placing an order, delivery);
   • - the Company's legitimate interest that does not violate the Client's rights (for example, website visit analytics).

5. Processing, storage and transfer of personal data

   Personal data is processed both automatically and manually, in accordance with security standards.

   Data is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

   Transfer to third parties is possible only:

   • - to partners involved in fulfilling the order (courier services, payment operators);
   • - to IT service providers (hosting, analytics);
   • - in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Client's consent

   By using the Site, the Client gives the Company their explicit consent to the processing of personal data provided for by this Policy, including transfer to partners within the stated purposes.

   The Client also consents to receiving technical and promotional notifications (SMS, email).

   The Client may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the personal account settings or by direct request.

7. Client's rights under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

   The Client has the right to:

   • - receive information about their data and the purposes of processing;
   • - demand correction of inaccurate data;
   • - withdraw consent at any time;
   • - demand deletion of data if the grounds for its processing no longer apply;
   • - file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service.

   The Company must fulfil the request within 10 calendar days.

8. Client's obligations

   • - keep the login and password confidential;
   • - not share them with third parties;
   • - ensure the security of their devices.

9. Cookie policy

   This section is part of the Privacy Policy.

   A cookie is a small file saved on the user's device that allows the Site to work correctly and improve the user experience.

   Types of cookies:

   • - technically necessary — for the operation of the site;
   • - analytical — for statistics and service improvement;
   • - the Site's own technical cookies;
   • - Google Analytics analytical cookies (_ga, gat*, _gid).

   The Client may:

   • - disable cookies in the browser settings;
   • - delete already saved cookies;
   • - set individual processing rules.

   Blocking cookies may lead to incorrect operation of parts of the Site.

   The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party resources that may be linked from the Site.

10. Changes to the Policy

    The Company may amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is always available on the Site.

11. By using the Site, the Client confirms that they:

    • - have read the Policy;
    • - consent to the processing of their personal data;
    • - consent to the use of cookie files in accordance with the terms of the Policy.
