The Kitfort KT-7444 coffee maker with an 800 W power output is housed in a black body. To prepare beverages, it uses a portafilter, where ground coffee is compressed into a puck inside the filter. Water heats up thoroughly in the portafilter, producing a crema on the coffee. Because of this, the beverage comes out richer and denser. The appliance is equipped with a steam wand ‒ a tube through which steam is dispensed. It is submerged into a container with milk and froths it as steam is supplied. The pannarello attachment simplifies the process, producing uniform foam for milk beverages.
The Kitfort KT-7444 brews up to 2-4 cups of espresso at a time. The body is equipped with a 0.24 L water reservoir. It closes with a screw-on lid and heats water to 92-95 °C. During beverage preparation and boiler operation, the indicator light is illuminated. When the boiler runs out of water, the device stops making coffee. The coffee maker is conveniently operated using a dial and a power switch.
