The Redmond SteakMaster GM306 grill features enclosed heating elements in the upper and lower sections of the body. This prevents direct food contact, evenly distributes heat, and speeds up cooking. The aluminum plates feature a non-stick coating, eliminating the need to add oil when grilling. A countdown timer indicates the remaining cooking time.
The Redmond SteakMaster GM306 supports 8 programs for preparing chicken, fish, steaks, vegetables, and burgers. A tension spring adjusts the top plate's pressure to quickly cook foods of varying thicknesses. A 230 °C temperature mode is available to create a crispy crust. The top plate opens 180°, allowing cooking on both surfaces simultaneously. Fat and juices drain into a separate drip tray. The removable plates are easy to clean.
