This allows using the DEXP DKS-153G both for measuring spices and for weighing vegetables for home canning. A measurement accuracy of 1 g guarantees minimal error. \nThe DEXP DKS-153G kitchen scale is operated via a touch panel. The device body features an LCD display with built-in overload and low battery indicators. The tare function allows resetting the weight of an empty container to measure only the net weight of products. The scale supports switching between six units of measurement: grams, kilograms, ounces, fluid ounces, pounds, and milliliters for determining the volume of liquids without a measuring cup. The device shuts off automatically in case of prolonged inactivity, helping save battery charge.
