The Kitfort KT-1689 waffle maker features a non-removable plate for preparing two Belgian waffles simultaneously. Thanks to the non-stick coating, baking is possible without oil, and batter residue is easily cleaned from the working surface. Heating elements are built into both halves of the mold for even baking of waffles on both sides. The Kitfort KT-1689 is housed in a white heat-resistant plastic casing with an intuitive indicator. The heat-resistant handle allows opening and closing the waffle maker without an oven mitt. Rubberized feet prevent the device from sliding on a smooth countertop. The handle and lid lock keeps the plates pressed firmly together during baking and allows vertical storage to save kitchen cabinet space.
