Description
The white DEXP 2MMT electric oven is equipped with a drop-down door featuring 3-layer glazing. It allows heat to be retained inside and prevents the external surface from heating up excessively. An integrated fan also prevents excessive heating of the outer part. The oven temperature can be set in the range from 50 to 250 °C depending on the dish recipe and the material of the cookware used.
The DEXP 2MMT oven has a capacity of 70 L. This is enough to cook 3 dishes simultaneously. In total, 9 operating modes are provided, including various combinations of top and bottom heating, as well as convection, grill, and defrosting. Modes can be controlled using retractable rotary switches. A timer function with automatic oven shut-off is also available. Inside, there are 5 levels for placing baking trays. A wire rack and 2 types of baking trays are included with the oven.
