To preserve the sharpness of the blades, use wooden and plastic cutting boards instead of ceramic, stone, or glass ones. The working part of the knives is made of 3Cr13 steel, which ensures high durability and keeps the cutting edge sharp for a long time. The ergonomically shaped knife handles are made of plastic.
