The Kitfort KT-311 bread maker offers a choice of 1 of 12 preset programs for making various types of bread, sweet pastries, jam, or preserves. The appliance also supports kneading dough without subsequent baking. Start preparation at a later time using the delayed start function for up to 13 hours. If you want fresh baked goods as quickly as possible, use the fast bake program. Using the device is simple: just add all the ingredients into the pan in the required quantity and order, select the cooking mode, set the desired weight and crust color, and press the start button.
The Kitfort KT-311 bread maker features a viewing window in the lid that lets you monitor the homemade baking process. Once finished, the keep-warm function activates to keep baked goods hot and fresh for one hour. Thanks to the device's memory, preset cooking settings are saved for 10 minutes in the event of a power outage.
