Description
The Eigen GH-70M01DT gas hob is equipped with three burners featuring a triple ring of flame for high-heat frying. Copper burners evenly heat thick-bottomed cookware and do not deform under high temperatures. Rotary knobs allow for smooth heat adjustment for boiling, simmering, or frying food, as well as using the timer function with auto shut-off. Built-in electric ignition produces a spark and eliminates the need for matches to ignite the stove. The flame failure safety sensor cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished.
The gray matte tempered glass panel is easy to clean from grease splatters and other contaminants. The smooth surface is resistant to melting and other deformations caused by high temperatures. The Eigen GH-70M01DT is equipped with a solid cast iron grate featuring a Turkish coffee pot support and a wok design to maintain the stability of round-bottomed cookware. The grid dimensions allow placing a saucepan or small pot with a bottom diameter starting from 10 cm on the burner.
