Description
Gas hob Eigen GH-30M01 with two copper burners evenly heats large cookware and does not deform under prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Turning knobs with built-in electric ignition for automatic sparking allow 9 power levels. Both burners are equipped with a triple flame ring for enhanced heating. For safety, a gas-control sensor is installed to shut off the gas supply if the flame accidentally goes out.
Eigen GH-30M01 is equipped with a solid cast-iron grate to maintain the stability of cookware with a diameter of 8 cm and up. The wok construction allows cooking dishes in roasters with a convex bottom, and placing a turk on the burner. The gray tempered-glass panel is resistant to melting and other deformations under high temperatures. To protect the surface from scratches, cleaning grease and food residues should be done without using metal sponges and other abrasive agents.
